버전업을 해서 적용했습니다. 감사합니다. 그런데 New Input System에는 대응이 안돼 있는 것 같은데 대응을 했으면 좋겠습니다. Android 에서는 Both 옵션(Legacy Input + New Input)으로 빌드가 되질 않네요. NGUI를 쓰기 위해 결국 Legacy Input을 써야되는 상황입니다. New Input에 대해서도 고려 부탁 드립니다.

After waiting 2 years for new update. The bug on Unity6 still not fixed. The scene will always set to dirty, ie. Save the scene cannot clear dirty mark, if there has UILabel gameobject active on Scene. I hope NGUI develper can fix it. I don't want to wait two more years.

I bought this back in 2018 and was worried that it was abandoned, useless. Today an update came out, and I'm so happy! I've been looking for a solid UI system, and I know this is it because it's used in Windward Horizon, which I recommend you check out on Steam! And if you have any issues, the Discord channel is very active. You can even chat with Tasharen himself!!

It's been a long time since the last update, and I'm glad to see a new version released. However, I'm very disappointed to find that outdated APIs like Object.FindObjectsOfType(Type) are still being used. This is a simple issue that can be resolved by replacing it with Object.FindObjectsByType, yet numerous warnings persist even in the updated version. This should be addressed and fixed promptly. If update fixes the above issue, I will change my ratings to 5 stars immediately.

But it was perfect 12 years ago. This asset helped me to make my first game and my company. Thanks.

It was one of the first to convince me immediately about how certain things should be done, it turned out to be really useful. The developer will certainly help you if you have difficulties. But usually this happens when you deal with difficult things because if you use the models that are already available it is difficult that you can have problems. My rating is 5 stars.

Unity already has Canvas + GUI + RectTransform, why we still meed this?

I have used and still use, here in 2025, NGUI for all my projects. It is great and has never been an issue. I don't use the new Input system or use it with XR/VR. Recently their main web site inter-illusion.com/ goes up and down, and It seems NGUI in the code base or DLL calls it in the editor and I keep getting the warning all the time: Curl error 28: Failed to connect to inter-illusion.com port 80 after 21142 ms: Timed out. Doesn't break anything, just annoying and I can't find in the code where it's doing that to catch or turn it off. If anyone knows, please post.

I am still using this asset in 2024 and it covers everything i need. Also it is working together with Unity Canvas.

I've watched this asset for years and finally impulse purchased it on the Spring Sale. The support website appears to be outdated, and the asset doesn't seem to support the new input system (and XR either?). From what I can gather, this asset was great back in the day, but now it's just a relic that will likely hold you back in a few areas. I have to give it 1 star for the limited updates (last one at the time of writing this was nearly a year ago). I'll change it to 5 star if this asset gets updated to modern Unity standards though.
