I tried several times to contact the author, and got no response so far, its really complicated to implement, the documentation is not helpful at all.

Hi,
I have 2 emails from you, both of them were replied a day after received, I did not get any followed replied from you in neither of the emails, you did not provided any information about the issue you were facing so I asked you to provide that information in the emails.
The asset is fine but it lacks a few things.
For example localisation support for tips and so on.
Also to be able to download data from a server.
I've only had it for a short time, and I'm still revising it and creating my own loading screen mixing from different screens.

It doesnt work at all

Maybe im miss something but the code always set "RootUI.SetActive(false)" and never true after that, NEVER? I had to rewrite the asset, no idea how that was intended. I followed the documentation and all.
It doens't and can't work at all for some reason. Sorry.

Nice art and style. You need to modify all of the example scenes and one source file to get to work on the New Input System. Would be better if not so plug-n-play with fat prefabs, but more just an additive scene that you can use between 2 scenes. Code is also very fat, so not easy to take the little pieces out and combine them in the style you want. You need to use their SceneManager, it bypasses your audio framework and input framework.

Very nice but unstable

I recommend the asset for anyone looking for inspiration for Loading Screens. Nice Art, Nice Concept. Amazing documentation. But it is buggy and therefor very plug and play unfriendly.
We had to rewrite / adjust a lot of the code in order to have it function in our project.
Here are a few + Solutions:
The singleton pattern is not applied correctly. Causing the 'global' loading bar setting to stack instances within the DontDestroyOnLoad hierarchy. This is fixed by adding a static member which keeps track of the true instance, and destroying any instance which is not equal to it.
The loading bar, when not turned off at 100% stays at 99% for some time at finish until hitting 100%. This is solved by checking the IsFinished boolean and rounding it to a nice 100% at that moment. Causing the flash effect not to feel off.. because it triggers at 99%
When pressing the Continue button more than once, an exception is thrown and by spamming continue you can get very buggy results with the fade out. This is solved by keeping track of if the fade coroutine and having it null itself at the end of the coroutine. This way, as long as the coroutine is not null, the continue button is blocked.
The tips feature breaks the second time you use the loading screen with Global enabled. This is fixed by stopping all coroutines on setup of the loading screen.
Thank you for the asset. And I am sorry for not being able to give a higher score. Keep up the great work, but stress test the asset and the different settings..

Ok, but needs work

If you have no clue how to do loading screens, this is a good starting point.
Many things don't work out of the box though, and you will have to alter the code manually.
If you have an idea how to do loading screens yourself or you don't but you have plenty of time to implement it, you're better off doing it yourself.
