its not "easy"

nayutalienxon version 1.1
it’s very difficult to call it easy, the code is very complicated and for 20 bucks you could do something more intuitive

I purchased this specifically for the character selection menu. I've pushed my game back 2 months now because the creator won't respond to emails or support. The Instructions PDF provided is vague and omits the character selection menu which as stated before the whole reason I purchased it in the first place. Keep In mind the video used to promote it markets the use of such features. It's very misleading and not worth the money. Not even worth $1.

There is an error in the character selection function of Easy Main Menu. Not to mention that the selected character is generated in the scene, and the character cannot be changed in the Main Menu. In addition, there are 6 system errors in the integration scheme with Invector, which makes the project unable to run. But to Software developers asked for help but failed to get any response. Buying Easy Main Menu is a waste of money.

On a whole Easy Main Menu is a very good template for those in need of an easy to use customizable menu system. I was able to get the basic system up and running in very short order, and the Inspector facing features make it easy to customize EMM's visuals to suit your project. Although the documentation pdfs can be a little thin on details, the code itself is well documented, and the code logic is easy to follow, and modify as needed. I was quickly and easily able to add my own code, and modify the existing template in order to tailor it to my own needs.
The Invector Integration looks to be a little bit out-of-date, but the addition of a "v" in front of the Invector specific "using" namespaces corrects most of the errors that pop up, the rest with a couple of variable updates to match the current Invector template. All told it took about five to ten minutes to figure out what was wrong and where to fix it. I haven't tested the Invector save system to any great extent, but everything else seems to be working okay.
All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase of the EMM template, and plan to use it in the future as well. I like it for the same reason that I prefer the Invector TPC. It works quite well right out of the box, and its code can easily be hooked into or modified, to add any needed functionality. For instance, I was able to get the character selection feature to work with the addition of a couple of lines of code in EMM and InvTPC, with a small script to act as a bridge between them. All of the needed hooks in EMM were already there, so it took all of about an hour to get the basic connections written and working.
The length of time since its last update can present some challenges, but in general , easily surmountable with some basic C# knowledge. Those unfamiliar with coding may find it a little more daunting to update or modify.

Downloaded and installed on fresh project of Unity 2019.3.12f1 and immediately received a list of errors in the console from outdated system calls and dependencies. It looks like this asset has not been updated for some time, and the developer is unresponsive in the forums or personal email. Do not recommend

Have been enjoyed using the Invector and noticed Easy Menu would be a good integration tool. However, as other reviews showed, TOO MANY ISSUES found as follows:
- pdf instruction is poor to follow through
- All youtube videos do not work with sample scenes, especially in the Maze scne
- The biggest issue I encountered was to save views in the Maze scene. Have been reviewing all of the author's videos and pdf files multiple days, but couldn't find where is the WCI_Camera_SaveGame UI to save the game.
- The author do not respond other reviewers questions
