A waste of money, doesn't even work properly the amount of error messages I've ran into is insane. It's definitely not "writer-friendly".

If you want to make a Visual Novel, it's a must-have asset

Might be a little complicated for advanced use cases, and will require some hacking, but still, very good asset.

While it's obvious from the outset that the asset is both usable and powerful, what isn't as obvious until after you have access to it is its service architecture makes the library extremely flexible and extensible, and its configuration menu allows you to easily enable and disable not only internal components but even your own extensions. On top of that the maintainer is very active and knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It's the very model of what a good library should be
