Hi Asher. First of all thanks for your review. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all regarding this asset. Email: jocy@jocyf.com
The problem is the lack of tutorials. The tutorial does not cover all assets. This asset is for an advanced user. Scripts are very well done in C #. I changed the rating to 5 stars. Thank you very nice asset.

Nop. There is no integration with any battleroyale asset (I don't know any battle royale asset in the store). This is just an Advanced First person Controller.

Great Asset not overloaded

Timbecile76on previous version 2.3.4
This is a great little asset, especially for the cost! It's got tons of features, but not overloaded with stuff you don't need. Quite literally plug and play.
I've had to modify it to suit my needs for an RPG and it was super easy. The developer has been great to work with and kept the code simple and concise

If you are wondering if this still works in Unity 2017.2 - the answer is YES! No errors and the asset is set up in a minute (with the help of nicely writen documentation or with just loading the demo scene).
All scripts are in Java but working with yours C# scripts too so nothing to fear here :)
I was looking for this simple (= you can easily build your own functions without messing with the author's code) yet powerful First person controller and I am glad I have finally found it!
5* for the asset + 2* for the quick response from dev and kind personality!

This asset works well, but there is no death screen.

No, it hasn't. It isn't a hole game template asset, it's the walker only.
To do that, just check when the health goes below (or equal) zero and then load a dead scene (or activate some UI popup or anything).
I haven't planned to do that kind of stuff because I want to keep the walker clean in the project (not adding unnecesary things or scenes that can complicate the work of other buyers when doing their games or simulations.) Adding that kind of things can work againts you (as a customer) when you want to add/create your own scenes and menus (Main menu, dead screen, pause screen, etc).

Why not in C#
willipoldion previous version 1.4.2
I corrected my rating from 5 stars to 1. That's absolutely the best first person controller, exactly what I need, but I can't use it, because I can't combine it with other assets I need which are all in C#. Why did you never convert it to C#??? (Okay, I just have seen your answer 3 month ago, what a pity)
Edit to answer your reply: Yes, it may be my fault because I'm new to Unity. And Unity is announced to work with both, JS and C#, at the same time. So I didn't understand your warning. Now as I go deeper, I learnt, that it's not so easy to use both languages at the same time. Moving FPC Pro to Plugins didn't work.
Edit 2: Thank you so much, now I can use it with C# assets. Changed my rating to 5 stars again, as your FPS controller is just the best!

The asset description says clearly that it is written in javascript, so I can't understand your rate. I wrote it as a WARNING... (in capitals!)
So being rated with 1 star about something clearly advertised in the description isn't right (in my opinion).
Edit: Ok, I can fix it and make it all work when you move all the FPC Pro's scripts to the plugins folder. So that way it can be used with C# scripts in the same project. In a few days should be available in the Asset Store (new version 1.4.2 has been submitted already).
Edit2: You're welcome!!!
please make a c# version

I'm sorry but It's not going to happen for the moment.
As I said in the past (maybe in the forum threat?) I started developing FPC Pro using the old Unity's First Person Controller which was programmed using javascript. I'll like to finish updating things and fixing errors first; after doing that i'll have to decide what to do.
Maybe in the future I'll change all the code to C# (because now the official Unity's programming language is C#) but maintain both versions (javascript & C#) is out of the question (too much work).
Edit: Now it is in C#!!!!
Following is for Unity 4 & 5:
[for the present version of FPC Pro package (NOV 2015].
OVERALL:
-A package that brings so many new things yet, very promising, for say:
developing your own character and using scripts / objects etc, from this package. FPCStatus script is very useful, from where you can see (and learn) how different player conditions are triggered, very helpful, even for the pro's, there is something for everyone here, and we hope is a lot more to come. It also brings that important touch of the constant inspiration, for the users of the package, which is so very important, as you can get so many new ideas, just from playing around, with it. Highly recommended :).

I'm fixing some of the things you have pointed out in your review while updating the HUD to new uGUI system released in v4.6.x.
