I have used it without issues for one year and I will use it again and again: it's user friendly, makes the difference, it is fast, non destructive, affordable, and the developer is super active and available for support. I would love if half of the assets I bought were like this.

I had a big drop on my fps and wondered why. Found out i had an enormous amount of batches ~9k
Had buildings made with modular parts and this asset did the magic of merging all their parts drastically reducing the batch count to ~1k.
I will redo my scene from the begining cause i know i can optimize it with this asset to be very light in relatively short time.

It works as expected, and that's quite a success in this store. Helps a lot with the game's performance, but also it's a great companion for other assets, as the mesh extractor. Select from a prefab, extract, combine and you have a totally new prefab. Using it with the ULOD by the same creator and Amplify Impostors it's perfect.

Does exactly what I want, combines meshes with ease. However you aren't able to just have save a tab in the editor to go to at all times. Every time you combine meshes the tab closes and you have to open the tab back up under tools.

I am working on a solo project where I build an open world (small) with assets bought from the store. With 3500 batches and only 50 FPS this asset reduced the amount of batches to 50 and increased the FPS to 250.
Of course the performance depends on your machine, but overall, without having to spend too much time on any optimization like open world streaming (yet) or reducing the tris count, performance was significantly enhanced and quickly allowed more time on prototyping and designing/coding. Great Asset!

Huge performance gains for some meshes, some assets

If your tri-count is reasonable but your frame rate is not, a high batch count may be the problem. If that's the case, this may be the tool for you.
In the first test I performed, I used Easy Mesh Combiner on a collection of houses that look good but run slow -- with no other overhead (other than the Editor) my frame rate would dip down to below 100. That doesn't leave much processing time for terrain, NPCs, or much of anything else. Combining the meshes probably took less than two minutes (as I did each house separately), and it got my frame rate up to over 600.
One necessary step that I didn't see in the manual is to disable LODs before combining a mesh. Leaving them enabled results in flickering. (There may be other ways to prevent the flickering, but disabling LODs worked for me.)
