This asset seemed to be perfect for what I needed, however, it seems to be directly tied to the framerate. I've tried finding out how to change that but with no luck. Other than that, the options and customizability are great.

Simple install, up and running on my custom character in 5 minutes, working perfectly. Easy to adjust, support for Unity Input System, smooth targeting and collision, does everything I need, and feels great.

Long running simulations (days up to weeks), that is our business and we always had problems with Cinemachine (both 2 & 3), crashing the simulation after X time. For a while we used an in-house solution but recently I bumped into this camera controller and had a lovely chat with the creator, always ready to help, and we purchased the controller. In a matter of literally minutes we had all up and running (even without consulting the manual, it is that simple) and what a beauty ! The damping, the object occlusion, it all is top and results in visual eye candy ! We did a 36 hour durability test in a large city scene with only NPC's and one of these NPC's had this camera controller on it. The test succeeded where, as mentioned before, Cinemachine (and to be honest others as well) failed. So, if you are looking for a very stable camera controller that is easy to work with, produces lovely end results, has premium support and is priced very reasonable ? Stop looking ! This is the one ! The beauty of this all is, that if we all move towards ecs/dots in the future, the creator of this asset, Thomas aka Enzi, already offers a DOTS camera as well ... ... So, a very well deserved 5/5 !

Easy to set up and use. Tons of settings and was able to get exactly the type of camera I needed. Dev provides fast and detailed support also.

I've tried two other camera controllers in the past and ran into script dependencies for functions I didn't need, esoteric errors that took hours to figure out. However I bought this package less than 10 minutes ago and it's already setup mostly how I want it. I will have to tweak a couple of minor settings later. I would recommend for a 3rd person free-look RPG.

It is nice to have a third party camera this easily. Get this asset, import it, place the camera, spend a few minutes setting it up to function the way you want, presto.

After trying it out, I believe this asset can meet the needs of almost any type of camera. It has a great variety and is easy to set up and customize. Also the developer was eager to help me with the problems I encountered and gave very detailed and comprehensive solutions. All in all, it totally deserves five stars.
