No need for annoying LOD's use this instead. So much easier and works better. I just set 3 layers in my scene. Tall stuff, Low stuff, and really low stuff based on the height of the game object and how far it needs to be seen with the camera.

Does not work in URP

Reduce Draw Calls

This asset works by rendering layers at a distance you choose. I am making a city with lots of small objects that are dynamic and buildings I want to see in the distance. With this asset I can put the objects on different layers and set the distance for the builds at a large distance and the small dynamic ones at a close distance. I have tried most of the assets that reduce draw calls and this one has had the biggest reduction in my project.
For the review saying it isn't working with cinemachine that is not true. Just set the far distance on the cinemachine brain to your farthest layer.

Hello! I responded on August 19th via email, but I shall also try to respond here. It seems that you are missing the "General" folder that should be nested inside of the "UmbraEvolution" folder. If you installed this asset via the package manager, then you shouldn't be missing any files. Cheers!
This ought to be built into the engine, it is essential functionality to reduce rendering load and improve FPS. Sure the API is in the engine and you could code this yourself without too much effort, but why not save the time and download this asset? It performs great. Is simple to setup and get working. All in all a must-have asset.

Really amazing asset if you're looking forward to optimize your game. However, if publisher could add "Can You add Crossfade support for the objects which uses dithercrossfading features like LOD system has ?
This would help to prevent the sudden popping up of the objects and replace a smooth fade culling." as said by a User. Then that would be LIT!

Awesome Asset Brother but...!

I can't seem to get it to work with cinemachine camera. It has the cinemachine brain component on camera already and it does not let me override even the default far clip plane value. Any help?
