Utility Intelligence is a polished implementation of Utility AI, and it sweeps it's competitors by a mile. Everything is configured via a custom editor window where you specify the variables you want to react to. You then create considerations then once certain thresholds are met cause decisions to be made. If you want to make a game with complex AI, similar to the Sims, then this is an absolute must have! The support is amazing. You can join their Discord where you can ask any questions and the developer will respond quickly. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for an AI solution out of the box…. Then move on… But if you like to have a super powerful, flexible, scalable AI that can adapt to almost everything, then search no more.. I highly recommend this asset. Very easy editor to check on runtime. I am very pleased

I highly recommend this asset. It does a great job of giving options for more realism in our game mechanics. The developer is responsive and dedicated to making sure his customers are happy with the product. I got this at a discounted price, but would have bought it at full price. It is worth every penny!

The dev is very responsive on discord. The code is solid. The example scenes are well put together. Overall, would recommend this asset if you're looking to level up the NPC/Enemy/etc behaviors in your game!

An other great tool for Unity. - Easy to use and debugging (after passing the learning curve and understanding the Utility AI principle), thanks to the UI interface of the tool. - The ability to export (and import) the logic in Json is a big plus. It could be use to pass it to an LLM AI for resuming or asking question about an logic, etc. - I think I only touch 50% of all the features the tool offer, and so far i am happy with the tool. - More and more features are adding/updating/fixing regularly, which is good. - The support is professional and very open mind for suggestion, feedback, improvement. The author seems to willing to focus, put time and effort to fine-tuning, improving the tool.

The dev has been very active and responsive to our inquiries and keeps improving the asset. It implements the Utility AI pattern in the IAUS system style for any that want to use it similarly and have found it through talks like we did. Takes a bit to get used to but makes iteration easy once everything is set up.

An excellent package for anyone interested in using the Infinite Axis Utility System (IAUS) AI workflow. This tool provides a detailed separate unity editor window that allows you to easily adjust and observe how your enemys/npc's will behave in real time. Undeniably one of the best aspects of this package is that Carlos provides AAA support in his discord forum. I never had to wait more than 24hrs for Carlos to get back to me during weekdays and his expertise on IAUS in general is exceptional. Learning IAUS can be difficult to start with and Carlos has also provided excellent documentation on his website to get you started and help further explain this systems concepts. I have previously written my own IAUS system and this package saved me a lot of $$$$ and time in implementation (not to mention is a far better tool and feature-set than the one I hacked together!). The only important thing to note is that you need to be using Unity 2023 and later to use the package. Can not recommend this package enough if you are looking to use IAUS in your next unity project!

I have spent a long time creating very large Behavior Trees. Usually things work out pretty well but having to manage, cut down or even rework BT's can be absolutely brutal. A Utility based plugin is exactly what i was looking for, but a pure text-based or code driven system would be arguably harder to work with. Most Utility-based plugins on the store are just...okay? That's where this plugin really surprised me! Its for sure the most well documented, bug free and useful Utility based AI plugin on the store currently. The docs are great, demos are good and the developer is quite active on the discord. Being able to create complex actions and interactions as well as considerations and have all of them be weighted is a pretty intuitive and fresh way to design AI. Sure it takes some time getting used to but luckily the GUI is great and really shows the true power of Utility based AI Engines. 5/5. Despite being pricey it was worth every penny for sure
