It's DOTween, it's THE tweening engine. Been there since forever, and I see the dev is still updating it (though I had no issues) with one released just yesterday. And it's been free all this time. Crazy stuff.

The most useless over rated nonsense I have ever had the misfortune of trying to use. Why anyone would have this thing is beyond me. Many more useful, free assets of this type available. Stay way clear of this top heavy and unstable so-called "asset"!
