Honestly I was surprised at how much stuff is in this project that I could get started with and learn about how to get my own First Person Shooter project going. The tutorials that are provided in-Editor only really touch surface-level stuff, but it's enough to get curious about how things work, and once you start to dig into everything in the project and how it all works you can really do a lot with it. Highly recommend for anyone who has a knack for programming to give this project a go and start looking into its scripts!

Unity shouldn't have deleted the tutorials but if you know the basics still a great asset package to use and get use to unity. The assets look interesting, but unfortunately, the tutorials don't match what you should do, and they've already removed many links. If you really want to maintain this for a good learning experience, it's recommended that you update everything or delete it; it's a waste of time.

It looks like this is a really good place to start learning how make games. The only issue i have is that when i try to add the player prefab it is missing it scripts and when i try to add the scripts included in the package it wont allow me to do so, asking me to open the prefab and when i do the scripts are there but not working. Maybe this is an issue due to the fact that i am using the latest version of unity. I have noticed similar problems when i add something from the asset store. Problems with shaders, outdated components, etc. It is really like having a few rocks in your shoe everytime you want to go for a walk. I hope unity fixes this with a dedicated tutorial or documentation

This was a great set of assets to make a simple game for beginners getting used to Unity. However, the Unity Learn page had a great set of tutorials and mods which were removed for some reason, making it much harder to learn with.

Really good, especially for people who learn by reverse engineering. I have a question though. When I imported this, (v3.1.0) it didn't come with any addons. Fortunately, I had already added all of the addons to my assets before they were incorporated into the main project, so I can still import them, but for some reason they don't import with the main project.

I encountered a lot of bugs, the simplest one was this, I tried to add prone functions to the project like in battlefield1, but in the crouch method, when you make the target height in the codes less than 0.7, it does not detect the ground because the radius value of the capsule of the character controller is 0.35. of course these will be solved somehow but I found some things very meaningless in programming. Of course, it is a bit strange to add battlefield functions to this asset, but it would have been better if attention was paid to these details.
