Update: after removing Universal RP from package manager, now its showing UI in the Scene windows. After installing the assets i am not able to see Game menus and UI in the scene. it giving an error: Metal: Vertex shader missing buffer binding at index 0 (UnityPerDraw / Hidden/Internal-Loading)

It works perfectly.
