The combat, movement and enemy AI is simple, but its great for practicing 3D action game level design. Enemies do not get stunned when you hit them which feels a bit unresponsive, but again it is enough to work for practicing level design. It also come with some doors and switches which is great for making your levels more intricate.

When i Downloaded Unity crash. I could play de game to understand and build a prototype. I think you should upgrade to unity 6 and show new features and ways to code and connect because the asset is awesome.
