A very good product at the beginning. It was the best there was in many ways. Now it has not evolved for a long time and without incorporating new functions.
Considering that it is the most expensive, it lacks attention IN MY OPINION.

I must say, the traffic system, art assets, and methods of optimization are probably the most well thought out I've seen on the asset store. Outstanding work.

Das asset ist schön zum anschauen in der demo aber für VR kann man es vergessen, dieses asset verbraucht viel zu viel leistung. ich bereue sogar die -70%

This asset has really surprised me. You get not just the AI traffic simulation, but also a pedestrian system and a huge number of HD vehicles.
Without a doubt, this is the best option for bringing cities and roads to life. It would perfectly fit in any AAA game.
And the most important: the developer is extremely gentle, which is the guarantee that every customer needs. Fast support and attention.
Really satisfied with this purchase.

Just started exploring through this project. Note you get a large collection of nice quality vehicles included, and a collection of characters as well (some of them include an alternate version positioned on some of the open transports [e.g. on motorbikes]).
One of the models, Man_77, seems to have a distorted left cheek, haha. Devs please fix this. Otherwise did not find issues in the other models.
Comparing to other assets I own, the polygon count seems to be fair (on the better side I think) given the quality of the models.
For myself, I did not see any glitch when running the scenes and everything seemed to be smooth, but might vary for you depending on your system (my specs: i7-7700k, GTX 1070).
In the 2018.2 version, the traffic system itself seems to be quite stable for what its doing in the provided scenes. The cars do not collide with each other, and the starting/stopping/turning seems satisfactory. Haven't tried creating my own custom paths yet (as other users have), so not aware of limitations when you start merging paths etc.
As a side note, there isn't any collision detection with the pedestrians, so if you want that then you might have to add your own logic. The dev was nice enough to give me the 2020 version, but I did not have the time to test it yet. I hope they do officially release the 2020 version on the Unity store as well.
I have just touched the tip of the project so much stuff to discover.
Overall, with all the content, and getting on a sale price was a sweet deal :))

The asset does what it says, but it does it poorly. For an asset centered around having many objects on screen, you'd think it was made with memory and instancing in mind. Well, unfortunately, it isn't.
A picture says more than a thousand words, so here's a screenshot of the profiler from their own example scene:

100Kb+ of GC allocations - per frame! Are you kidding me?
As you can see, since such a huge amount of GC is generated each frame, it means there are noticeable lag spikes every few seconds.
The project doesn't even use object pooling - game objects are constantly instantiated and destroyed in code.
Another thing I was hoping to see was the cars actually having sounds on them, that would change with speed and so on, but they don't. They are just using a single audio clip for the entire scene for city ambiance.
Naturally, DOTS is something this project would benefit greatly from, but even their new 2020 Beta does not use it.
The 3D assets themselves, although well made, seem poorly designed as far as draw calls go. Each prefab has multiple materials on them and with no instancing. I was hoping to see them using a single material per object with instancing enabled, so they could be drawn in a single draw call.
On the flip side, the car assets are actually really well made (although not with instancing in mind). Also, the traffic and pedestrian systems work well and are very easy to set up.
If the devs are willing to fix the problems I have outlined, I'd be more than happy to give it another shot. But for the moment, this asset is not something we can actually use in production.

The Publisher answer my request really fast I just send my invoice, and like the guy below me they are gonna send me the updated version, super nice, if anyone is thinking to buy do it, the asset is really good just remember to get the unity standard assets ( if you want to try the examples) I really recommend the asset, the tutorials are really easy to follow, and you will have a simulated city running in no time, save me a lot of time, thanks!!
