Honestly, this is one of the most complete assets I’ve used on the Asset Store. A lot of other assets give you a “base” and then you still have to build your own functionality on top, integrate extra systems, and spend days wiring everything together. With this one it’s the opposite: it feels like it already includes everything you might need, and you simply enablethe parts you want for your project. It saves an incredible amount of time and lets you focus on building your game instead of reinventing core systems. Highly recommended. And the Discord support is amazing, super responsive and helpful. 100% recommended.

This allowed me to prototype quickly and hit the ground running, and the features -- the only problem you're going to have with them is TOO MANY features. I mean, you can outfit your car with black hole grenade launchers, for god's sake. The guy clearly enjoys his work and has continued to update, add and innovate on new thingamajigs over the years. And he checks in on Discord... every. single. day. Friendly and not resting on his laurels. If you're a beginner or intermediate user who wants to dive right into building something, whether personal or commercial, this is definitely it.

PROS: The list of features are endless. Developer is active and friendly. Priced right. CONS: Configuration of the features is very complex. Most of the features are not documented. Would really love to give this more stars as I feel it deserves it however without proper and detailed documentation, it is very difficult to recommend this asset.

The Game Kit Controller is hands down one of the best assets I've ever purchased on the Unity store. This isn't just a character controller it's a complete game development framework that saves months of work. But what truly sets GKC apart is the exceptional support. The developer is incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about helping you. Highly recommended!

I wish i had this 10 years ago i'd be famous. This is HANDS DOWN the best asset in the unity store! no lie! this has it all!! I promise whatever you think you can do on your own this asset has it and it's better and more optimized. and the very best part is the AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Discord support where i mean it seems like the guy dedicates his life to helping us understand exactly how everything works, for no extra charge!!! I had an issue but the Dev responded very quickly and solved my issue. This kit is packed. There are a ton of scenes to load and play to learn about what the kit offers. AI enemies work well, lots of cool weapons, and I am impressed. It's a great kit!!! Make sure you follow the tips in the Popup window the 1st time you run a scene. I missed one required tip and it was the problem (me, not the kit).

First of all thanks to the developer for giving answers to every query. I coudn't expect that there are so many features within this price range. I am using this tool to my indie game, because it have lot of mechanics, player controller and AI controller, Map system, Inventory system. and so many things. Once again thanks to the developer. This dev has been working on this for 7 years non-stop Pros: +The dev. Dude is a beast +Discord/community +Extensive documentation +Fairly easy to get started +INSANE amount of features +FPS (scopes looks REALLY GOOD), TPS, dual wielding in both modes, Full body awareness (FPS/TPS have the same animations and can seamlessly switch between views), countless abilities, bow & arrow, melee weapons that return when thrown (God of war 2018 style), inventory system, weapons attach to your back/hip, chainsaws, enemy AI, integration with Emerald AI, grappling hooks (spiderman style), wall running, sliding, multi-jumps, 2.5D gameplay, turn based gameplay, vehicles, crafting, etc That's just a FRACTION of the features Cons-ideration: Not really cons, just things to keep in mind - I've heard others call it "bloated". I disagree, this is a jack of all trades packed with value. However because it does it all, it may not specialize in what you want -This asset gives you FUNCTIONALITY which saves you 100s (thousands tbh) of hours, but it's on you to replace animations, UI, etc with more professional touches. [EDIT] The animations are INSANELY good, only thing you may need to tweak is game physics to suit your needs EASILY worth the price. Got it on sale but definitely worth full price. You get EVERYTHING, but it comes at the cost of you having to do a lil bit of a facelift with UI, visuals, animations. But if it came with the facelift, then this asset would prolly cost 5x as much. Just buy this man I've used many TPS Controllers (Game Creator 2, Realistic TPS, etc), but GKC (this one) is my favorite. Just works out the box. No BS, has easy to follow videos, no split modules. You can just focus on the game [EDIT] Abilty List: Grapple hook, summon AI, ressurect allies/enemies, drop a meteor, healing zones, summon acid rain, throw fire, throw lightning, throw grenades, flash grenades, molotovs, jet packs, flying, drain health, shields, transform into various creatures, laser vision (yes freaking laser vision), throw bombs, mind control enemies, thats not even all of them
