Used to be a good package but now it is messed up after updating it to unity 6. AI is racing in reverse direction & player car is jumping at starting point like crazy.

I have been study asset recently and will have a lot of discussions with the author, especially in terms of networking

Really impressive tool! Super simple and fast to set up and I never ran into any problems (except for a very minor one that was quickly fixed). The cars handle very well and it’s easy to add new ones. My only issue is that you can’t edit some settings like traction for individual vehicles as they’re set by the game mode. In the same way that the Universal Vehicle Controller can also do basic setups, this simple controller has (if you want) deeper control in the physics etc. So it's simple if you need something quick but then you can make it more customisable. I've been able to get it working with good performance on the Oculus Quest 2 so this shows how lightweight it is. The multiplayer part is set up so well, I was able to test it with friends really quickly, I didn't even need to learn multiplayer coding, it just worked. Even though this is quite an old asset, it still works perfectly. The developer discord is full of helpful people (including the developer of course) who are always there to help when idiots like me don't read the (very well written) documentation, haha :)

This template is super complete, it comes with a very fun arcade racing system and in this multiplayer package, it's possible to level up your game. Very easy to add new mechanics, if you are thinking of creating a fun arcade racing game, this is the best asset in the store. Note The developer is super active on his discord channel, very attentive.

Still exploring the asset capabilities which looks great so far and huge time saver. However I would like to highlight that the customer support is really outstanding.

The asset pack and scripting is fine, you get what you pay for but the Dev support is outstanding, definitely worth the price for almost instant assistance with any ACCM related problem.

This asset is really impressive to create arcade racing multiplayer game

I tried 4 other controllers before this one and I can say that my search is over: - The presets provide a great starting point for various car types and regimes (race or drift). - Controls are stable and give a great sense of speed. - The AI is configurable, so it is possible to adjust the difficulty level. - You can limit which car types can race in each regime, as well as adjust the AI behavior. - The demo scenes are fun and provide useful information for you to create your own tracks and cars. - I was able to use my own cars in a few minutes
