Maybe you are using a third party plugin that uses Call logs and SMS permissions.
In this Package you do not need for these.
Try to Remove these permissions from your manifest files of your plugin.

The Win dialog is called in GameManager.cs script Line 361

This developer makes the most easy to use and easy to understand assets. I was creating my levels shortly after downloading the asset. When I needed help implementing custom stuff, the author was responsive and so helpful. See for yourself.
