Cyberloops 1.0 is the first in a series of cyberpunk-inspired soundtrack loop sets. Each track either has multiple variants, or is divided up into smaller loops that can be used to remix the song or use a script to naturally generate unique variants during gameplay.

The instruments used are almost entirely synthesized, but created using relatively simple digital synthesizers. While some instruments and music tracks are inspired by the earlier 80s cyberpunk style and themes (and the more recent synthwave and retrowave style), Cyberloops is very much a product of a post-analog age. With a few rare exceptions, only the percussion is sampled.

This particular style and instrument set was developed while I was working on writing a cyberpunk audio serial, and I wanted to experiment with a soundtrack to go along with it. So I started writing a new song every so often, and putting them online along with quotes and cyberpunk-themed images to act as creative prompts both for myself and for anyone who happened along. I published thirty of those tracks as a single album called Cyberpunk: Digital Inspirations. As an added bonus for this pack, the first 10 tracks from Digital Inspirations were remastered and in some cases divided up into remix-able loops and added to Cyberloops 1.0.

With all loops, variants, and extras, there is more than three and a half hours of cyberpunk-themed music in this pack.
