In this unity package the user will find a functional Tangram game with dynamic pieces. Rigid body and convex colliders are used to give realistic movement. The pieces are moved by drag and the rotation is achieved holding the pointer for a while over the object.

Once the player has built a figure, he’s able to check the solution. The checking process consists of comparing the position of each of the pieces in order to obtain a discrepancy factor. If the value of that discrepancy is high, the game will tell the user that the solution is incorrect. In addition, the tangram can be spawned wherever the player desires by pressing the spawn button.

Finally, the player can see the solution of a figure by pressing the answer button.


This package contains the following:

-Scripts that manage the movement of the pieces, that perform the actions of spawning and, that allow the figure checking process, etc. All scripts are commented, and each variable’s purpose is explained.

-A predefined cat figure and a dog figure to start using your tangram
