Made this in my free time and I decided to put it on the Assets store. I hope you'll find it useful.

I've done a performance tests with 10.000 objects. Regular Unity update method speed: 4.1721 ms between each update. Update manager speed: 0.4259 ms between each update.
Demo scene is included to see the performance for yourself. If you want to test the difference with the Fixed and Late Update. Change the methods in the example scripts accordingly.
