FarFromHereStudio Template: HDRP Environment is a template HDRP project to get started about using Unity's AI products to generate textures and using Unity Asset Store Resources to learn how to create an organic environment with a cavern, a forest, cliffs, rocks, moss, roots, soil and a river and few other adapted assets using AI generated textures.
It's a perfect fit if you plan to use HDRP for a GameJam or to elaborate your own prototype.
This demo is mean to highlight some of the tricks that HDRP and some tools provided by the engine to build a scene from scratch, using almost only a set of texture generated using Unity's AI product as starting points. Giving a nice and clean template to build your own map.
Each use case, tools and features used to craft the Demo Scene are detailed in the documentation and in the Demo Scene.
Few tutorial videos will be released about how to extend this content over 2024.
Installation Guide:
1- Open Unity (minimal version 6000.0.18f1).
2- Install the FFH Template: HDRP Environment into your project from the
AssetStore.
3- Make sure to install all the necessary packages (if not installed) from the
FFHpackageManager window.
4- Open FarFromHere/Bootstrap Scene/BootstrapDemo scene
5- Use the SceneLoader to load DemoScene, and enjoy the full demo Scene's content!
Upgrade Guide :
- Delete Assets/FarFromHere folder
- Update FarFromhere Studio Template: HDRP Environment
