The scene contains highly detailed objects like modular elevations, modular garage assets, tile scanned textures, pipes, and many more. Most assets were built based on photogrammetry technique and properly optimized and hand-tweaked to work in real-time scenes.


This pack includes movement based on a free tutorial FPS controller from sharpcoderblog.com.


Please be aware that all of these assets are already included in our Urban Abandoned District package. If you have it then probably you don't need this one :) This one is a smaller and cheaper version of the original package:

Technical details
