Render pipeline compatibility

The Ultimate Voxel Optimizer allows you to import voxel models made in MagicaVoxel with a number of options and formats, to help fit your workflow perfectly, and is suitable for all platforms.

This Unity plugin contains the source code for UVO - Super useful for generating optimized meshes at runtime!

  • Optionally import transforms
  • Select from four export methods:
    • Vertex Color (Comes with premade vertex color shader for built-in RP)
    • Materials (Batch materials together for all voxel models!)
    • Standard Texture
    • Optimized Texture (Can massively optimize the polygon count of models!)
  • Optional baked backface culling to disable sides for certain objects - More polygon reductions!
  • Set object pivots
  • Scale object meshes
  • Copy preset material for material and texture methods - Used to support all render pipelines.

Works with Magicavoxel v0.99.6.4. If any issues arise with importing, please use this version. Note that Magicavoxel animation is not currently supported.
