Support scan qr/code on WebGL
Description
Because of Unity's regular webcam (WebcamTexture) can't work on webgl well . so you can't scan qr/code on webgl .
This tool can realize it, It works fine on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Edge, with no issues. and support control the webcam properly.
