Good Low Poly Asset but beware there are no colliders

Very good Low Poly asset, they never disappoint with their models, but one thing that does bother me is that they don't bother to put colliders on their prefabs. Some might say "Just put a mesh collider" this works with some of the prefabs but not all, for example, the "Raised Track". And making colliders for turns is a little difficult. Overall Great Low Poly asset for racing if you don't mind taking your time to make colliders.

using this plus many other Synty assets , LOVING the way this asset in particular worked for my game. Had to do a lot of mesh modification to get it how i wanted it excatly and to work with my game physics, but regardless a super great starting point, also the amount of models included for the price cannot be beat!

The visual part of Pack is amazing, models are well-optimized, track's constructor has good variety.
The only complain is some parts of constructor are not aligned with Unity's Grid. E.g., you can:
place Straight Road Element at (0, 0, 0),
then Corner Road Element at (0, 0, 20),
then Ramp Start at (-60, 0, 80),
and Ramp End you have to place at (-79.19, 5.18, 80) - and from this point you have to Snap every next Element to previous - this is quite annoying and complicates our Track Development Flow (I use Photoshop to design Grid-based track, and then implement it in Unity).
Generally every basic, "floor" element fits in Grid, but Ramps, Pipes, etc. are not and produce floating coordinates.
It would be great if all Element's sizes could be related to each other, so we could develop grid-base levels.

The SR_Env_Concrete_Track has T section,CornerIntersection, yet the SR_Env_Raised_Track has no T section,CornerIntersection, i hope the two part will be added

It's I have purchased every 'Simple' assets this developer has brought to the asset store. I was never let down with my purchase and this pack is not an exception.
The models look awesome in VR and work really well with other packs from this seller.
The only 'bad' thing I can say about it is that it's missing a car interior model matching this pack's style that could be used to create first person games.

The choice of models and the overall look is great!
Unfortunately: Some of the cars are too thin and long in my opinion.
