Render pipeline compatibility

Currently, this package only supports HDRP.
To use the added UI controller, install Animation Rigging in the package manager.
Description
Some cameras are experiencing post-processing issues, so we solve them right away and upload updates.
There are a total of 12 indoor and outdoor lighting rooms in this project.
A control UI is set up to control 12 different indoor lighting rooms at once.
You can directly control the colors and post effects of the lighting room and vehicle.
