The textures are a bit bland for PC/console but this is a really good kit for mobile. It's low poly, functional and looks good with low rez textures. And there's so much stuff.

Hi,
very good asset ! I use it to build a VR project on Oculus Go.
"All furniture and appliances are designed to be opened and closed!" => do you have ready prefabs in project with hinge joint ?? or should I build them for eah funiture with a door?
How did you build opening curtains animation like in your video? I don't find the way to do this.

1. The FBX files are horribly formatted. Just opened this one model, for example, where the object was positioned at 51,- 57, 0... Why on earth would you ship this product, with models that are not centered in their fbx files?
2. The toilet and shower stalls are the same models... Who goes to a bathroom stall with 3 walls and no doors?

Good asset but not for low end mobiles

I made a lot of changes to reduce draw calls. Otherwise it can be used on low end mobiles only as "camera walk" without any gameplay.

Let me just first say that this is complete with too many unique prefabs for you to use. And there are even complete rooms that are aesthetically balanced and quite modern.
I initially want to emphasize its lack of performance on mobile platform, but I think I'll refrain as I've had a lot of utility on this pack. Perhaps the author can create rooms optimized for mobile with atlasing and mobile shaders?
Still great value for development on other platforms. Good quantity and quality, if you have a project where modern apartment interiors are needed, this would do nicely.

This is a very nice pack. I would not tout it as suitable for mobile though. In theory most assets are suitable for mobile, if you are willing to do a lot of optimization. Such is the case with this pack. The models look very nice, but saying that it is lighweight enough for mobile is slightly misleading.

All of our asset packs are tested on (moderate to high performance) desktops, tablets, smartphones and VR systems. We do realize though that every time we make E.g. an upgrade to the textures or add new model content, the asset pack gets heavier.
We have plenty of customers who have been pleased with the mobile performance, but when a customer has run into problems we do our best to offer support and optimization suggestions. Naturally for those customers who are left displeased we always offer the possibility of a refund (to date no refunds have been requested for this asset pack).

I like this pack, and I'm using it in my upcoming Mobile VR game.
It would have been a perfect pack for Mobile VR if it didn't heavily rely on Unity's Standard shader. I understand the reasoning behind using the Standard shader's tint functionality, but some editing is needed to convert the project to exclusively use Unity's Mobile Diffuse shader.
That being said, I would recommend getting this pack.

In general the models are great, and there are tons of material options for all of the pieces that are there. Wonderful colliders have been set up for everything, too. Really jam packed and awesome value!
So why four stars? Well, a few of the models are very basic and something I didn't think were usable for me. Things like the computer, and some of the desk models, etc. However, that's contrasted with things like the couches that are fabulous. Overall I'd say 80% is great and the other 20% is borderline.
Additionally, some of the textures themselves really are not the best. Most of the times that doesn't overly matter because they can be replaced or improved with a variety of techniques and shader/material tweaking. But it is something of note.
Anyhow, the bottom line is that this is a ridiculously good value despite a few drawbacks.

This asset is designed to work on a multitude of different platforms and projects - from mobile to VR. In addition to this most items in the asset are highly customizable. This means that some compromises have to be made in regards to the model details and textures to ensure that the asset performs well in all situations.
