Two classic packs Character Pack: Common people (latest version 7.0.0) and House Pack: Furniture (latest version 2.0.0) together in one handy single package!

House Pack: Furniture contains low poly common household appliances, furniture and electrical devices from 51 drifferent categories. Totally Furniture pack contains 346 prefabs.

Character pack: Common people contains 4 female and 4 male fully textured in a colorful, fun style. 6.4.0 update adds a new texture variant for each character! These low poly character are rigged and animated - all mecanim humanoid compatible. Character Pack includes over 310 high quality animations or poses. Furniture pack features 3 showcase demo scenes. One scene featuring all the furniture and devices aligned on a grid and the second scene featuring 4 textured premade rooms full of furniture. Third demo scene House Living Demoscene presents both Character and Furniture packs together.

PLEASE NOTE: Furniture objects are designed for stylized Supercyan characters that are around 1 meters tall with small legs and arms. The objects have to be scaled up for characters with more realistic body proportions.
