As soon as I seen what this packaged offered, I had to double check the price. I've bought many, many assets and this is definitely the best one I've purchased. After doing a run through of the included demo and verifying it, I couldn't believe the value. The scene is fully complete with everything to make a perfect neighborhood! Absolutely awesome!

This pack is really amazing. First the visuals - I use just URP and yet it looks really nice, I bet with HDRP it is mindblowing. I appreciate snap tool and SwapPrefabs script, they really make it easy to build a modular house. I can say with these assets you could still make a few houses with distinct look based on the number of assets. But I would still recomend grabing House Props and Furniture vol 2 (from this author) with that you can definitely create many different interiors without making players feel you were restricted by just an asset pack. They also go along together in means of look. My only complaint would be that along hundreds of props there is no telephone! Now that is key item in my game haha. But still this pack saved me like months of work if I were to do it on my own.

This artist is very good at making modular asset packs and isn't shy to include a ton of other content with it, such as props. My only complaint would be the outdoor environmental stuff like grass, bushes, and trees. Everything else I've found a use for though. I can easily replace the environmental items I don't like with objects from a different pack. Great asset all around though!

Hi, I'm a developer with zero design skills. I'm wandering how hard is to merge one floor with one ceiling. Currently it seems I need to place 2 items: 1 floor and 1 ceiling to accomplish a division between levels. I was specting to use only one with both faces. And it would be great if there is 1x1 floor and ceiling too. Any advice how to merge the floor and ceiling? Any software in particular that i can use? Thank you!

I purchased this asset quite a while ago, and I have put it to great use. The wide variety of prefabs allow for endless interior and exterior designs. This asset works great in all render pipelines, with a full demo scene containing multiple detailed houses. Even if it was just the houses and interior, it would still be worth the price. I really love all the plant prefabs, as I can even create some forest environments using them. I do have a question. Am I able to use the demo scene in my game? Thanks for the asset!

Great asset with a bunch of prefabs for building a modern style neighborhood in your game. Also, I had an issue with the asset and the developer responded quickly. The problem isn't resolved, but not for lack of support from the developer. Highly recommend this for your game!
