This is a very useful and well organized asset pack.

Meshes of models of this studio are wasted in triangles. Ex, I saw a plane on a mesh, they put about 20 triangles just for 1 rectangle plane. And there are no mesh for mesh collider in simple assets If you care about performance of the game, be cafeful before deciding to buy asset from this studio!

Just what I was looking for to use in a small game I am trying to make.

This asset pack is easy to use, which makes it great for learners like me. Serious pros include a decent variety of asset types , a great 'Simple' approach to prefabs and a price that will make me spend more later (when I'm a more advanced game developer!). It's hard for me to point out the cons as I'm still early on in my learning, the Z orientation seems odd though but of course, the Z+ vehicles included do help with this. Seriously though, If you want something simple and fun to get started, this pack is the way to go

I originally bought asset packs from them ... that they then deprecated, and charged us full price for new updated ones (Yay us). They then made the decision to target me over social media when I expressed my distaste. A short while later, I then saw them attacking another company making low poly art for looking too much like theirs. Lets face it - gatekeeping is not OK. And they managed to get a lot of negative reviews removed from their asset (including mine). Now, they have invented new licensing that they hide until you purchase it that prevents it from being used for open world, multiplayer or really any meaningful game. These licenses came in long after I purchased this. I'm confused who exactly they think they are... but I'm (again) leaving a well earned 1 star. We need to get this kind of stuff off the asset store. Edit: what they posted below is not true. They specifically blacklisted NFTs, metaverses and with that any game that can have multiplayer creative content. Avoid this fraud of a company.

This is a great asset if you are looking for a quick city for a project. I used it for testing an AR project and it loaded in fast and easy on mobile and looked great!

Worth every penny!

I love this low poly asset, there is a lot to in this asset that was perfect for my game. From cars to many buildings and landscape futures. The way the buildings are setup also made it easy to swap materials and give the buildings different colours. If you need a low poly city i highly recommend this one! Its cheap and has everything. Do not buy this asset. I made that mistake and it's impossible to put together the town displayed in photos. False advertising.
