Awesome find! This asset is laid out fairly well with a simple organization structure and little scene clutter. The hierarchy is clean and though every project is different drag & droppable straight out of the gate. Using the HDRP pipeline I found some trouble converting materials over, though this more on my end with a lack of understanding material development than with the asset itself. <-- mats don't convert from HDRP so have to manually map, there's a lotta settings here, GL. Hit another unrelated snag in which the dev was not only extremely responsive but remained helpful even when outside their assets scope. Certainly NOT an expectation but very much appreciated :) Overall in my case I'd say worth 2x it's value honestly! (+/-) + organization + quality + support - HDRP Materials

Well made, performs well, and with a fair price tag. It looks good. It's a bit too utopian for me, I'm going to have to dirty up the textures a bit in photoshop, but very happy with this.

Package seems corrupted

I'm very happy with this asset set. I bought it a long time ago and FINALLY started using it. My level looks fantastic with it, but there are a few niggles. Some of the roof/house textures don't line up or have a seam and it's all too pretty. I really wish there was a dirty texture or something much more realistic for each house and prop. Not apocalyptic, just lived in and around for a while. Dirt, moss or green discoloring from sprinklers hitting the houses - stuff like that. I gave it 4 stars for the tiny niggles mentioned above. It would have been great to have some houses with interiors, but I knew they didn't going in, so no disappointment here. Other than that, this is a GREAT asset and looks very, very good in my level(s).

I bought this awhile back and have been using it in my current project that I have been working on this year . Slapped my cartoon filters onto them and they look really nice with my projects style! Only thing I wish it came with a few suburban stores , markets , gas station , fast food or diners . Make an additional pack that matches this packs theme and I will throw money at my screen for it! then you know , actually pay for it the real way ;)

You can practically just use the city in the demo scene and build on to that or start from scratch and create your own residential city in no time! Asset is top quality but i can see that it is created with low/medium poly and mobile in mind, so the houses are not highly detailed (especially for VR up close) more to be used as a backdrop for a city with the players house centered (which you can use a higher detailed house such as suburban house or something else i guess) . I assume this was created like this to help with keeping a high framerate and still having dozens and dozens of buildings in the same scene. I do wish though that the creator can update this pack soon, to make more detailed houses.

These buildings and roads are excellent. The pictures and description are exactly what you get. A+
