There are no animations for the caracters.

Nice is all I can say, I would prefer that the environment had enterable interiors, where it could be more useable. I would gladly pay for that upgrade so I could add it to my other Synty scenes with those features.

This pack seems to be the worst Synty pack that i have purchased. Almost no buildings are enterable, and it would have been nice to be able to make at least one modular apartment or high rise building. The lack of features makes this asset pack almost useless with the others.

This is a great asset, but I wish the doors would be a separate mesh from the buildings. Now all the shops and buildings are static. Eventhough we can see inside the cornershops, we cant animate the door because it's the same mesh as the rest of the building. Such a shame. I would gladly give it 5 stars if this was updated, but now I can't really use the buildings.

Doors are static parts of building mesh. You will not be able to open them. There is no separate Door or wall model just a building base with door "texture". Good for prototyping or if you need only exteriors.

One of the first Synty asset packs I got, and it continues to be used a huge amount. The level of quality and ease of use for this pack keeps me using it for nearly every project I start with, to get something up and running quickly. It looks even better with the Alpacas.

I used this asset along with other assets from Synty in the development of my game, and it was an amazing experience! They were essential for creating the detailed 3D environments and made the process much easier. While I tend to enjoy most of the assets I have seen provided from this author simply just for the artistic quality and professional packaging and presentation, a review in my interpretation usually requires commenting only on things one has actually tested within such products so if and or when providing review or feedback I tend to only review items within a product that from experience that I may have already to date tested or used if that makes sense as it would not make sense to review items within a package not yet fully experienced as such would be speculative and not necessarily reliable in my opinion. So, in stating such, I may comment on what I have already tested and or worked with within this package being so far: the vehicles extensively as of late and then only viewing the demo quickly just to see all items included in package as a presentation factor. Mkay, as far as what is presented in the demo, such is quality without a doubt and indeed for the price is one hella bang for the buck. What would I like to have seen included though? A gas station model and prefab and say perhaps a few more emergency services vehicles added as such both suggestions only seem logical being primarily the package is urban based vehicle in the core of such so it only makes sense. :) Ok, as far as the vehicles, they are quality and were indeed a pleasure to work with and I did not notice any major issues with them in the slightest. Only minor thing I did notice was if say opt to script/create vehicle controllers with these vehicles you will discover for two of them there is a convex warning suggesting mesh simplification on two models being medium and small car and while just a minor thing noticed during working with such is something I felt would be viable to suggest to the author just might be a focus to correct?! Besides that minor warning I noticed no other issues with this package and was very happy tinkering with this package and found it rather pleasing to see the quality of presentation for such an affordable price and as such so for me these factors warrant a decent rating on such a product without a doubt. :) oh, two last factors that I almost forgot to mention and that I would love to see addede to the existing models and found to not to be factored with these vehicle models: lights are not separated and that was something I would like see included and I am sure needs not an explanation as to why such would be of value. Secondly vehicle doors also would be a nice addition to allow further quality and extending for these vehicles as that was one other factor I noticed was not present and again would make sense as to the value of such.
