Really high quality asset, especially considering the price. There's really nothing to bad to say. I would definitely pay more for this asset given the overall quality.

very good content. For this price, it's awesome. It requires optimization to put in a game. I spent a few days adjusting it and it is now in Dogfight Elite www.dogfightelite.com you can watch the trailer in there. For the price you can't beat this asset.

Only had time for a quick play but the demo scene shows whats possible. Looks great, can't wait to create my own scene.

Made a video of this in VR to test quality without changing anything. Skip the first 2 minutes of video to cut to Metro Tunnels demo scene. I hate to say it but underpriced. Last time I said this guy increased price haha, hope not again. So many different assets that are already working correct in VR in demo. Can climb over the boxes, lights look good. Cool graphic, many cool props, good optimization, large built level in demoscene, STALKER and METRO2033 atmosphere! Best price for all this! There are not enough diagonal road (there is only straight ahead and turn) and a station, underground carriage. Modules do not fit perfectly (a subtle seam is visible). The cables on the wall also connect not full correctly. Looking forward to other assets of the same quality and price! :) My rating for asset: 9.5/10!!!

When I build my Unity project the Modular Metro Tunnels map is the only one erroring out on. Can I get some help on why it errors out?
