All the assets are optimized for performance and they look fantastic! You can easily dive in the Demo Scenes and walk around using the controller which is perfect to have so thank you for that! If you are thinking of buying this, just go for it, you won't regret it!

This is such a well put together asset. The scenes are beautifully organized, and the developer thoughtfully included a first person controller. It's a small thing -- Unity devs know how to do that, generally -- but just so handy because I could jump straight into walking through the scene to get a feel for what's there. Thank you SO much.

So i got this asset because i had different plans for it, however, every single piece in this asset has gradually enriched my scene with all of the props, details and effects, i just love it, highly recommended for a high-detail environment for small streets or alleys.

Looks great, modular pieces work perfectly (and easily, with the included snap-tool), runs well (at a high framerate) even in Unity's editor. The only things that could, in my opinion, be improved are the doors. None of the doors can be opened, as their meshes aren't separate from their frames. If all you want is an alley that's obviously not a problem, but if you want to add your own interiors to any of these facades you'll also have to add some way for the player to access those interiors.

Each of the models in this package are an example of how simple techniques can achieve excellent results. Most models have simple box colliders and a few have mesh colliders, where necessary. The texture choices are well thought out, and it all works together properly. What you see in the video and pictures is exactly what it looks like. My hat is off to the author. Because of the excellent construction of this asset, I purchased another asset by the author that I didn't really need because I wanted to learn something. And I did. I do recommend this asset.

I bought this asset during a deal, definitely worth it. High quality is involved and sweet perfectly for immersive VR with the demo scene as it is well optimized for performance.

The asset is very high quality and can run at 100+ fps on my HP laptop 14 which is very nice. The slight inconvenience being that the scenes folder is not atatched to the main folder with all the prefabs, materials, and meshes which is sort of confusing. Other wise, great asset!
