it is an amazing asset but misses compatibility with navmesh and the meshes have no ability for collision(u can give them collision but the bounding boxes dont work correct)

Well written controllers and awesome code to learn from. It was written in an older version of Unity, so by 2017.4 it starts to break. But the code is worth going through the headache of fixing the upgrade problems. For example, I ran into "Controller not active problem" ... if you go through it's settings in the Inspector and make slight changes, Unity will catch the errors on the change.
