Most buildings come with a destressed version as well as a clean version.

High quality 2048 size textures and materials that all have normal maps included.

Windows have a parallax effect that gives the illusion of looking inside the buildings.

All the prefabs are in pieces so you can take them apart and make them bigger or smaller.

All prefabs have pretty low poly count for the amount of detail. Demo scene in trailer has around 500K polygon and runs very smooth.
