How to launch a scene when scripts are missing after importing an asset?

I've already written to support, but haven't received a response, so I'll try here. How can I currently run your asset, after importing it into the project it's missing practically all scripts, and they don't install or import automatically. What should I do to be able to run the scene?

Not optimized, very high polygons

author wrote that it is optimized but didn't mentioned in what area?. A simple chair and table has six thousand tris each, seriously?. I also do 3d modelling and i can easily make those chair and table under 700 tris with retaining up to 90% of its original quality. Its fine if you making a project for high end pc or some non gaming work, but its big no for me. i was planning to buy whole archviz assets in bulk, but after seeing its poly counts i have changed my mind. i have no complain about textures quality but proving lower poly models of the objetcs would have been better

In the realm of architectural visualization (ArchViz), achieving realism often requires a certain level of detail, which translates into a higher polygon count.
It's worth noting that ArchVizPRO is meticulously optimized to ensure optimal performance across various platforms. Specifically, it runs smoothly at 90 frames per second on the Quest, even with the same models used in the desktop version.
I appreciate your expertise in 3D modeling, and it's commendable that you can achieve lower poly counts while maintaining quality. Different projects have different requirements, and we recognize that our assets may not align with every use case. We strive to cater to a broad range of applications, including high-end PC projects and non-gaming work.

Unable to download assets on your website

It's been over a month since I purchased the asset and I couldn't download anything from your website. The website is not working. It is a pity. I emailed them and never received a response.

Excellent Quality Asset however needs to be manually updated to URP as of this review.

This asset looks fantastic and demonstrates just how fantastic Unity can look. There are a lot of good props within the environment and is well worth purchasing. It does however need to be manually updated to URP as it was created when URP was known as LWRP and wasn't out of beta.

This asset is amazing!! it includes so many prefabs that are ready to be used in different projects.
The texture and materials settings are very detailed,
and accurate. Those add the "real" atmosphere to the final result.
I learnt so much from those well defined details. I am willing to invest more in their assets.

Hello
On Oneirosvr.com, our support site, you can download the HDRP full project and other additional downloads.
There is no documentation for the HDRP version since the project is already set up and ready to go.

The combination of how beautiful this residence is and how good it looks in vr and desktop is outstanding. I have a few assets and they are all really top quality.

Does not work out of the box for HDRP, even after upgrading materials. However, it does work somewhat in URP.
