Setup wasn't too complicated for getting it into URP, and for the price, this amount of assets and variation is very impressive.

Those assets are very wonderful until I upgraded my project to URP. All the trees and grass are created by unity tree creator, and it just not work in a URP project. Sad.

This asset is really really good and is what helped me kick start my vr survival game.

The asset is very cool, I really like that iron sheet models can be assembled as you like, it's cool, cool cars and buildings, especially cafes, are just a bomb, I also really like how everything is neatly formed package, it's very pleasant to work with such an asset, and most importantly, that the creator of this beautiful edition very cool person and cool humor. I got the asset as a gift, I am very grateful to this wonderful and kind person and wish him success and prosperity in his work, guys, if you want to have cool buildings, just buy it, I put 100 stars. This is a very nice asset for the most part, there are some scale issues. Some structures should be scaled larger. but all in all good asset to start building your world.

Great work and good support, had problem with importing asset in unity. Developer helped me to solve the problem and it was Kind of my fault because had low space on HDD.

Changed my score it was a matter of having space on my computer and the Devs did attempt to reach out to me to help. Great asset with a lot of props and assets and very modular asset pack.

I'm a new Unity user. This is my first review, and I'll try to update it when I'm more capable and if reviews can be updated. First - the amount of assets is amazing. It's a FOUR GIGABYTE download. The sample scene is great - terrain, vegetation, wind, the buildings and the cars, and great looking textures on old asphalt and old buildings. Some people have said they can't import it. I'm guessing that might be an issue of bandwidth, patience or disk space. This isn't like the 100Mb assets that you're buying elsewhere. I have not even finished my first tutorial on world building in Unity, but I was able to import it without any trouble. It just took time, because of the size - like downloading anything that is 4GB. Also I can verify I was able to open it in Unity 2018.4.20f1 just fine (VRChat compatible) even though the description says 2019 or later. Also the vendor (although given the low price and the extraordinary amount of work, I think it's more appropriate to call him a creator rather a vendor) responded quickly to a pre-sales question and offered to help me get it into my version of Unity if I wasn't able. So, support seems to be solid. I can't offer a more technical review because I just don't know enough yet. I acquired this, in part, to learn with it and to give me a base library of assets that I can play with. There's so much here, I can't imagine that anyone would regret this purchase.
