very good assets.design is awesome looks a real scene.

It's one of the best looking unity packages I've ever tested and to my surprise it converts really good to Godot using my UnityToGodot Exporter :)

I purchased it for my project, and the content and materials are exactly what I was looking for—they're fantastic. There's a very helpful and supportive team behind this product, and I definitely recommend it.

I've got this asset free because of a special event, but if i had paid i would be pissed. Some walls have 5 materials, huge amount of images loaded into memory to draw something that should require one material and one single image. There is no atlasing. As if this package was ported from Unreal and then left it without any Unity thoughts. The performance is horrible unless you run it on a PC. As an example, a single building had 45 materials and 40 images, plus 40 another images for normals plus 40 images for who knows what since it uses a custom shader. 160 images loaded into memory for a single building!

Normally €41.40, and getting this for free is amazing. High-quality assets that will be a great addition to my zombie game project.

Does not work for URP

Nice, but don't understood why it says in description "interiors", bc I see only exteriors without interiors. And on demo scene where are many boxes inside building, not sure why we need them if we can't go inside

I wrote this review: "Before I begin, I want to mention that I own other assets from this same brand, and I’ve never had any issues with them. The quality is excellent, and they are very well optimized. However, with this particular asset, I’m experiencing some problems that make it completely unusable for my game. Essentially, the issue is that the materials don’t work in URP. I’ve followed the same steps as with the other assets (downloading the necessary URP assets through a provided link), but with Abandoned Factory, everything still appears pink. I’m currently waiting for a response to my email, but so far, I haven’t heard back from them" But it was my mistake all the time... the real reason why it was not working is because I followed this steps: -Install abandoned factory -download and install the urp version That was the wrong aproach, since that created conflicts between both versions. The urp version needs to be open in complete new project, which I didnt know... Now it looks amazing, thanks!

One of the best photorealistic asset

Bought it on sale, more by curiosity: was expecting a (good: see videos) scan, nothing else. BUT it is much more: detailed props, separated (not blended in decors, including pipes, and supports, etc), LODS ! Etc Really good asset. Happy buyer.
