The prefabs are great, and having a prebuilt level saves A LOT of time, but it's very laggy; with just the asylum prefab and a basic character controller, i can only run at around 60 fps, when my pc runs most modern games well over 150 fps. This could probably be fixed by making the textures and models a bit less detailed, but idk how to do it. Overall, it's still a great asset for a horror game, or any game really, and the amount of work put into it is really impressive!
