You could pay $100 for this environment, and you would be very satisfied with it. The art is top notch, and the quality of everything has a few rivals in the store. I've 'modernized' the map a bit with TVE, Enviro, Better Lit and Microsplat, and it's crazy good. It costs a bit of work to make it working in HDRP, but looks amazing. I'd like to thanks Sandro for this map, I'll try to buy a game from you someday!
