This is the best cyberpunk game asset pack I've seen so far. The models and scenes in this asset pack are incredibly rich, and the material representation is truly cyberpunk. Its very disappointing and I advise others not to buy this. I have contacted the representatives posted 'email' with order ID requiring a refund. tom@beffio.com have still not received a reply and its been 6 days. I have contacted Unity Support twice now. I contacted the Support Website twice and no resolution. they responded today with... We apologize that you’re not satisfied with our service. We’re not responsible for issuing refund as well as we don’t have a tools to do that. You’ve to write to unity support....Tom Lassota. I have still have not gained a response other than the auto-notification with ticket number from Unity since i purchased this on July 12 and the bank processed payment on July 13 2022. I have now contacted my Bank to proceed with taking action to secure this refund since it seems to be a game of "drag it out" past the time limit" for refund which I am not playing. If you have recently bought this bad asset and getting no assistance, I'd highly recommend you contact your financial institution ASAP and let them proceed with the actions.

Got this on sale for half price, still wasn't worth it. No usable/playable maps, just a scattering of prefabs that only look like a "map" with just the right camera angle. I don't understand why this is on the asset store, there is very little (if anything) usable out-of-the-box except, as I said, some prefabs and post processing. The art is all very nice, but this is not something that makes sense to put for sale on the asset store...

Broken HDRP shaders in unity 2019.3 , seller keep giving false promises and etas ... plz don t support this kinda of sellers who do not care about their customers and lies on purpose thinking he can get away with it and much worse he think of himself he gave me the asset for free and updating is just a favor from his side still no refund Edit we are now mid October 2020 still no update and no refund now we are the 18 November 2020 still no update and no refund we are in December 2020 still no update and no refund we are now in 2021 and the dev didn't update the shaders and didn't give any refunds .... Very impressed with the quality here - bought for virtual cinematography work (for 3D film production), assessing what Unity can do in terms of lighting, fog and camera photo realism. It's amazing and still stands up proud today in terms of quality. This is great as a virtual film set and also good as a learning environment. Lighting, volumetric fog and camera animation with timeline all well implemented. Tips: they recommend Unity version 2018.2.14. This seems to be the tried and tested version this project was developed on. Everything changed in later versions of Unity which means a complex project like this may not work at all. It took a bit of fiddling but once I got that, and opened the Standard Default sample scenes, it worked great. Many thanks to the developers for showing some great creative vision and providing this asset at great value.

I have been in touch with developer and unfortunately this is not compatible with 2019LTS and it is too much work for them to redo the assets, they recommend 2018. I wish Unity would have a simpler compatibility system for their Asset Store and will be requesting a refund.

I bought this asset, not for the purpose of a video game but to incorporate it into my e-learning unit as an immersive learning experience using the scenarios provided. This is truly a fantastic looking asset with an amazing look and breathtaking scenes for a sci-fi atmosphere. It is like a great piece of art that has been painstakingly put together by a dedicated and talented team. The asset looks awesome and it has some good stuff in it. It has well thought out and very beautifully crafted scenes. Great environmental effects and attention to detail. Asset quality looks good. A very unique asset that is the result of intense planning by a well coordinated and highly competent team. I am also thankful to the publisher for the prompt responses to inquiries and also support given. Looking forward to more great products from Beffio.

I bought your asset, but if I use unreal enginde would be a problem

Was expecting all those text effects in timeline but can't find them. Where are they ? Edit : Lot of asset or to be viewed from one side only. Unusable for games. When converting to LWRP, tons of Shaders errors. They’re using old path naming convention. Some assets not on human scale
