I can't understand why some objects don't have colliders, even the demo is broken for this reason.

Two stars for the quality art. -3 stars for missing colliders on prefabs and broken/missing animations, but mostly for poor usability. It is "modular" but using this asset is a bit of nightmare because everything (positioning, scaling, etc) is manual. You can use tools like ProBuilder & ProGrids which does help but it's still not a perfect match. Advice: Modular assets should be built from the get-go to "snap" together like legos (have uniform sizes, scales, etc). If I'm mistaken, I'd love to be told differently.

The assets looks good once you set up a few things like the demo scene. However, it could be used more easily to me if the pivots were set up so that you could align rooms, connectors etc. just by having the same position values (e.g. having the same position.y for all here does not align vertically the rooms, connectors, etc. ). Otherwise, it looks nice, thanks
