All materials are pink, manually changing it would take time, i thought prototypes are for saving time. this package is wasting my time

Really good for prototyping and quick testing

Love this asset, good for setting up basic levels. I especially like the global grid shader, so everything fits together really nicely when testing and I don't have to worry about fitting things together :)

always loved polygons style, saw this at a fair price, had to have it. I did not get disappointed , such a good to have asset for proofing and prototyping.

Legit perfect for prototyping. Everything is scaled well. Perfect to start with this for level design so you dont get too attached to your work
Much easier to refine level design until you're ready to put in your AAA visuals/assets

I was worried I'd get the pink materials issue but importing the URP_ExtractMe file versions got it all working perfectly in seconds.

Just bought this for prototyping. All materials show up pink. The error below seems to indicate they require the Amplify Shader Editor, which I don't see listed in the requirements. Using Unity 6000.0.24f1, Universal 3D template.
"Could not create a custom UI for the shader 'SyntyStudios/Prototype_Global'. The shader has the following: 'CustomEditor = ASEMaterialInspector'. Does the custom editor specified include its namespace? And does the class either derive from ShaderGUI or MaterialEditor?
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)"
EDIT: For anyone running into this, converting all materials to Universal Render Pipeline/Lit mitigated some of the issues. This feels like it shouldn't be necessary step with a store-bought asset.

This is a warning to let you know you don't have Amplify installed, but Amplify isn't a requirement. The shader will work totally fine without it. It's safe to ignore that warning.
This pack also includes a URP Extract Me unity package. Simply double clicking that and extracting it in to your project will get everything up and running in a URP project. A simply quality, bang for the buck protoyping asset!

While I tend to enjoy most of the assets I have seen provided from this author simply just for the artistic quality professional packaging and presentation, a review usually requires commenting on things one has actually tested within such products so if and or when providing review or feedback I tend to only review items within a product that from experience that I may have already to date tested or used if that makes sense as it would not make sense to review items within a package not yet fully experienced as such would be speculative and not necessarily reliable in my opinion. So, in stating such I may comment on what I have already tested and or worked with within this package. As such I found the asset very pleasing and found alot of useful props within the asset excellent for prototyping and found very little complaints with any of the items within the asset. Honestly the only issue I even noticed so far is related to the vehicle and that warning is as noted below:
'Couldn't create a Convex Mesh from source mesh "SM_Veh_Car_Sports_01" within the maximum polygons limit (256). The partial hull will be used. Consider simplifying your mesh.'
This seems to be a warning found as I noticed say common in ref to a couple of specific vehicle in other synty packs as well, for example so far noticed in: city, proto, starter* (of course because it is the same model from city), etc, etc..
One other thing to note and wish for is that Synty would factor into say specific to all of their vehicle models as I have noted before is also say considering separating another overlooked item and that is the vehicle lights and that is simply a wish that is self explanatory.
Overall, simply put, one must say that this a quality, affordable bang for the buck asset simply excellent for protoyping.

I use this all the time. It's a fantastic starting point for any scene. The world-aligned grid textures and the clean look are excellent.
This asset is great when you need to create something quickly for a client, but still want it to look presentable.
