Bad performance, bad vendor

This asset is really a 3 star environment. The performance is awful on average devices and when I reached out to the vendor to ask for a refund - no reply. This purchase made me question the Unity Assetstore generally. If we can't trust that assets are going to perform reasonably (I expect to hit target framerate on an average device running your demo scene) then the "No Refunds without vendor approval" really needs adjustment. Stay away from this asset and this vendor. No support or replies from reasonable request

Most assets don't work on Unity 5

Everything but the grass textures don't have light on Unity 5. They are completely dark and unusable. Can't figure out how to make the trees have light using any of the mobile shaders or the standard shader. The maker hasn't responded to any emails yet.

Really fantastic looking terrain, though the excessive use of overlapping planes is going to cause overdraw performance issues on mobile devices. It's a great foundation to begin a game environment on though, and without much editing the assets are very usable on mobile.

Trees leaves are good, but not the trunks. Plus the ats shader which comes with this package doesn't work in a different scene for some reason. Tried to contact the developer, but alternative was suggested to use the unity tree shader.
Another down side is that I had to place all the objects (Trees, grass, flowers, rocks etc) manually one by one into my map, because they don't work with unity terrain.
Terrains are small, not large enough for a good decent open world game, but still can be used for small scenes.
Plus only 2 LOD groups, which makes the trees/objects either visible or not. which doesn't look good.
Apart from the above two annoying stuff, rest is good.
