very good asset.
you can use it in 2019.
howto is just only, export from 2022 & import in 2019.
i think you can use this it in other version.

all the materials are broken

I imported this asset package in a fresh installation of Unity 6.000.3 URP. However, all the materials are broken, and there is no readme to help troubleshoot.
