This is a set of assets that are made for making a backyard scene in a tropical climate. They would be useful for architectural visualization or other first person real time uses. The assets are relatively high poly and are setup for PBR rendering using the standard shader.

Included is:
- an example scene
- a series of plant props of varying resolution (3545 to 94 vertexes) with a basic plant shader (including textures with 2048 as their longest side)
- modular wall meshes (1815 to 58 vertexes including 2048x2048 stone texture)
- tiling ground textures (2048x2048 resolution)
- a Substance Designer SBSAR file which allows you to create variations of the slate tiles texture ( you will need the free Substance Designer plugin from the Unity Asset Store to use this)
- modular ground meshes (using tiling ground textures)
- a wooden recliner chair prop (1104 vertexes with 1024 texture)
