Incredible amount of models, and they are beautiful!

Not only does this pack have so many great assets, but when I ran into a problem I reached out to their email and within 24hrs I had a response with a solution. Very much appreciated.

The details and amount of work that went into this pack is just remarkable. That said it even more hurts that none of the boats have maritime lights on them (starboard/port/topp/stern). – Crucial for the project I choose the pack for. However, I only need a few of the boats so it is probably not a terrible amount of work to edit the needed prefabs and still worth 5 stars.

This is another great pack from SICS games, I love all the details in this pack and the variety of boats. The great thing about SICS games is how active he is on Discord, so if you ever have an issue, he responds very quickly and will always try and help.

We tried to use this for a VR project and upon opening the demo scene we discovered it had over three million polygons. Even the containers meshes have over 10k polys each! For people serious about game development this is unusably high! Our 3D artists had to basically recreate this whole asset to make it performant, at which point buying it is kind of ridiculous. So save yourself the trouble and either start from scratch or get yourself an asset with proper LODs or optimized meshes.

I didn't even make a harbor, but there are so many excellent meshes/textures included, that it was a great fit for one of my projects. Highly recommended if you are looking for a toon-look to build out your world.

It's a great asset! Lots of objects that can bring a scene to life!

First of all, I want to commend the author of this asset for creating a very nice set of models--visually. The style is perfect and the detail of the models is exactly what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, the asset is in dire need of LODs. Even on a 2070 RTX, I was barely getting 30 FPS. The artwork is so amazing that I truly wish I could get it game ready without too much work. I hope you take my words of constructive criticism in a positive fashion, because your modeling skills are pretty good. Add some LODs to this package or any of your other packages, and I'll buy them all. I would recommend this package for smaller scene type games, but open world scenes will need a lot of creative effort to get it usable in a game.
