For an outdoor pack, this gets you some good stuff to fill up your environment. Textures are high quality and come in 2K size. The pack is not modular, so every building you see is a single mesh, with the exception of 1 or 2 which have an "addon" part. So, don't expect to be able to make anything more than what you're seeing in the images. That is all the variety you're going to get. A major issue is that half the models (electric boxes, oil containers, barrels, some buildings hanger, walls and others) don't have their Pivot at the right position and instead have it at their center which impacts your workflow as placing them in the scene will cause the bottom half to be in the ground, requiring manual adjusting. Like me, you can fix it yourself in your modeling program but that's extra work that shouldn't be necessary for a ready-to-use pack. Overall for a free pack it's good but if you're going to buy one of their premium packs, be on the lookout in the reviews for the mentioned issues.

Fantastic free industrial environment pack with lots of modular pieces you can use to block out levels fast. It’s super detailed for a free set, and works great in both RPG and FPS projects. 👍 Pros • Excellent quality industrial assets- surprisingly polished for a free pack. • Designed for mobile and PC, so it’s optimized and easy to use in Unity. • Good variety of meshes and props to create believable industrial scenes. ⚠️ Tips / Minor Con • When using Unity URP, you’ll need to select all materials and go to Edit → Rendering → Convert… to avoid the classic pink shader issue. (Your own experience wording) • A bit disappointed there are no interior rooms included - mostly exterior/structural pieces- but the visuals are so good it’s easy to forgive. Verdict: A standout free industrial pack with great visuals and solid performance- perfect for indie projects or quick prototypes, especially if you’re okay building your own interiors.

This is genuinely one of the best free assets on the entire Unity Asset Store marketplace! I've now used this asset for 3 projects, the texture quality and buildings are just perfect for every kind of work you'd expect. Not to mention the vast amount of props that you get that really doesn't do you wrong, it's so flexible that you can easily import just specific Assets into another project which doesn't require the entire industry assets! 10/10, only downside is that I didn't find it sooner.

Hey, if anyone else downloads this and finds that all the assets are pink - just convert the materials to URP (assuming that's the render pipeline you're using). All of the individual stuff is free - but there is a texture asking people to donate if they want to use the demo scene in their game. (Just thought I'd write this here because I ran into some confusion when I imported the asset, I thought the creator was basically forcing people to donate to actually have any of the materials on the assets, which isn't the case)

I used this (including the demo scene) in my prototype game Tetra/Agon, it was really handy to help hit the ground running building my game so I could focus on the gameplay. https://cosephgames.itch.io/tetra-agon I made only a few small changes, like some of the materials (e.g. making the road surface matt rather than shiny).
