Do not, I repeat, Do not import it. I am glad I had version control, otherwise it was gonna take hours for me to recover and troubleshoot the compilation errors this has caused. I am surprised how majority of the reviews are 5 stars. Are they bots or something?

Can i use these assets in a steam game?

when importing, DO NOT just autopilot to the import button because for some reason there's like seven entire unrelated folders of unrelated effects and assets that are part of some unity tutorial. pick out only the Horror Hospital Pack folder.

Can I make commercial use of these assets?

It is an excellent high-quality environment asset which ready to use just after download. Thank you for the entire feature demo scene. Can easily modify it and make big scenes and environments.
